Your Refund and Cancellation Rights

We strongly recommend that all potential MyStream Downloader users try the free trial version before buying a premium license to ensure it fully meets your needs. We offer a free trial version for each supported streaming platform, allowing you a limited number of free downloads to test the software's functionality.

If you are not satisfied with MyStream Downloader after your purchase, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for Monthly, Biannual, and Annual Plans, and a 14-day money-back guarantee for Lifetime Plans. To request a refund, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the refund within the applicable timeframe.

We will accept refund requests in the following situations:

  • You accidentally purchased the same subscription plan twice; the duplicate order will be refunded.
  • You purchased the wrong product but subsequently bought the correct one within the refund period; the incorrect order will be refunded.
  • You successfully canceled the auto-renewal service prior to the renewal billing date, but were still charged.

We will NOT accept refund requests in the following situations:

  • Your refund request is submitted after the applicable money-back guarantee period has expired.
  • You are dissatisfied with the software's core functions or compatibility because you did not read the product description before purchasing.
  • You experienced technical issues but refused to provide the necessary diagnostic information or cooperate with our support team to troubleshoot the problem.
  • You are unhappy because you were unaware of the daily/weekly download quotas (limits) designed to prevent abuse, which are clearly stated on our website.

Refund Processing Time

We aim to process approved refund requests as promptly as possible. However, please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the refunded funds to reflect in your account. We will notify you by email once the refund has been officially processed on our end.

Note: Once a refund is issued, your license key will be deactivated, and your access to the premium features of the Software will be revoked.
