Your Order Cancellation Rights

We recommend that all potential MyStreams users try the free trial version before buying the full version to make sure it fits your needs. We offer a free trial version for each platform we support, but you can only use it three times.

If you're not satisfied with MyStreams, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for Monthly, Biannual, Annual Plans, and a 14-day money-back guarantee for Lifetime Plans. To request a refund, contact us with your order number and reason for the refund within the refundable time frame.

We will accept refund requests in the following situations:

  • You accidentally bought the same plan again, you can return the duplicate for a refund. 
  • You purchased the wrong product and then the correct one within the refund period, you can return the wrong item for a refund. 
  • Even though you canceled the auto-renew service before the renewal date, you are still getting charged. 
  • There are technical problems with the product you bought and you haven't received a solution within 30 days, please let us know.

We will not accept refund requests in the following situations:

  • You've changed your mind about our products or plans, or bought the wrong plan without exchanging it before the refund deadline.
  • You've requested a refund but the money-back guarantee period has expired.
  • You didn't read the product description before purchasing and are dissatisfied with the functions or compatibility of our product.
  • You've experienced technical issues with our product but refuse to provide us with more information or cooperate with our support team.
  • You didn't realize that there's a limit on the number of videos and music downloads allowed per day and per week, and are unhappy with our products as a result.

We aim to process refund requests promptly, but it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to show in your account. We will notify you by email once the refund has been processed.
